How To Upgrade, Downgrade Or Cancel Your Subscription

- To see your plan options, go to your dashboard and click on “See plans”.
- To upgrade or downgrade your plan, select which plan you want, and then click on the "Join now" button and go through the rest of the process. Your current plan should be labelled "Current plan" in green.
- To cancel your subscription, first select the plan that you are currently on, and then click the "Cancel" button and go through the steps.
- You can also top up your credits at any point by clicking on the pink "Top up credits?" tab on the right hand side of the page.

What Happens When You Cancel Your Account?
When you cancel your subscription, your credits will be available until the end of your billing cycle. After this date, your credits will automatically expire. Because we have real people creating your videos and assigning new team members based on demand, we are not able to keep credits active inside cancelled accounts indefinitely.
What Happens When You Downgrade Your Account?
When you downgrade your subscription to a lower payment plan, your credit card will get charged on that same day, you will receive the additional new credits for that plan, and your billing date will reset to the new date when you downgraded.
What Happens When You Upgrade Your Account?
When you upgrade your subscription to a higher payment plan, your credit card will get charged on that same day, you will receive the additional new credits for that plan, and your billing date will reset to the new date when you upgraded.
