How To Submit Special Instructions Or Requests For Your Video Orders

1. Once you’re on the video canvas (after selecting which editing option you want from the Dashboard), navigate and scroll down on the "Special Instructions" section on the right menu toolbar.

2. Type your instructions in the text field.

Things we CAN do:

Trim the start and end of your videos (eg removing unwanted parts where you might be pressing the record or stop buttons when recording your video.)
Removing a blue or green screen background - please supply a link to the image or video you would like us to use as the background.
Fade-ins and fade-outs at the start and end of your videos.
Adding background music tracks - simply add a download link to your audio track in the Special instructions field. Please make sure that you have a license to use the audio track.
Adding your own end card, or outro, or animated call to action or logo animation at the end or the start of your videos - simply add a download link to your assets in the Special instructions field. Please make sure that you have licenses for any of your assets.

Things we CANNOT do:

Adding text/title prompts throughout the video.
Cutting out multiple parts of a longer video and stitching everything together again into a shorter video.
Color grading, unless the exact settings are provided.
Stitching together multiple clips.
