How To Submit A Rush Order

If you are ever in a rush to get your videos back, you can always submit them as a rush order. This way you can skip any queues and go right to the top, so that our team can work on your video first, and get it back to you much faster.

Each rush order uses an extra credit.

Here's how you can submit a rush order:

1. Create your video in the normal way, and once you're ready, go to “Editing options” and check the “Rush order”option. Please note that rush orders use extra credits. The number of extra credits are dependent on the settings of your video order.

2. Click the "Submit order" button.

• Rush orders use extra credits.
• We cannot guarantee exact time frames as variables like video length, audio quality, demand etc. may affect the delivery time. However, your order will be moved to the front of the queue so that our team can start working on it right away and get it back to you as soon as humanly possible!
