Do My Unused Credits Roll Over To The Next Month?

It depends on which plan you are on...

On Demand or Shortcuts Plans:

No, the credits do not roll over. At the end of each billing period the credits are reset.

Legacy plans - Growth, Social, Business, Agency:

Yes, they do! But only for up to 6 months.


So for example, say you're signed up for the Social Plan, where you get 10 credits per month. If you only use 4 of your 10 credits this month, the remaining 6 credits will roll over to the next month, which will then give you 16 credits for that month.


Because we have real people creating your videos and assign new team members based on demand, we are not able to keep credits active inside cancelled accounts indefinitely.


Also note that, once you close your account, any remaining credits in your account will expire at that time as well.
