How long does it take to get my video back?

For standard edits, we return your videos within 24 hours or less, 7 days a week.

Repurpose edits may take a bit longer as our team will go through your long-form content to pick the best snippets. On average, we return completed curated videos within 2-3 business days.

Once your video has been processed, we will immediately send you an email update to let you know that it's ready for viewing and downloading inside your dashboard.

Shorter videos may get delivered a lot faster. However, delivery times depend on a few factors such as:

• How long your video is.
• Whether we need extra information from you.
• How clear the audio in your video is and how hard it is for our transcribers to transcribe your videos.
• How many other orders are ahead of you in the queue.
• And possibly some unexpected technical issues.
