How to add an additional email address for Splasheo video order notifications

A bunch of people have asked us how they get orders sent to another email address.

So, we listened, and added an additional email field, where you can enter the email of a colleague, friend, team member... or even your mom if you want to!

Here’s how to add the additional email address/es:

1. Navigate and scroll down on the "Special Instructions" section on the right menu toolbar after you’ve added your video and selected all your editing options.

2. Add any additional email/s so that those contacts will be notified too when the order is finished. You can add as many as you want, just separate each of them with a comma and space.

IMPORTANT: The additional email field only gets applied to either an individual order or a theme. It does not get set account-wide. So for example, if you add an additional email to a theme, you will need to re-add it again to other themes if you also want that same additional email to be used.
