How To Download Your Finished Videos

Here's how to download your finished videos. Inside your dashboard…

For the visual dashboard:

1. Click the play button to preview your video.

2. When you hover over the video, you will see a number of icons on the right of the video.

3. Click the download icon to download your video.

4. Hover over the "CC" icon and click on it to copy the transcript.

For the non-visual dashboard:

1. Click on your order.

2. Click the play button to preview your video.

3. Click the download icon to download your video.

4. Click the "CC" icon to copy the transcript.

Notes

If your video has not been processed yet, you will only be able to view the image preview of your order.
If the download icons are still grey, it means we are still processing your video and it's not ready yet.
